Member of the Board of Management of Daimler Truck Holding AG and Daimler Truck AG

Martin Daum has been Member of the Board of Management of Daimler Truck Holding AG, responsible for Daimler Buses, Daimler Truck Financial Services and IT, since October 1, 2024. He is also Member of the Board of Management of Daimler Truck AG.

His career with the former Daimler group began in 1987. After several management positions in sales, marketing, and controlling–in Germany and the United States–he became a Member of the Executive Committee of Mercedes-Benz Trucks in Europe in 2002 as Chief Financial Officer. He took over additional responsibility as Head of the Unimog & Special Vehicle Division in 2003. In 2006, he became Senior Vice President of Production for Mercedes-Benz Trucks. In 2009, Mr. Daum was appointed President and CEO of Daimler Trucks North America and its affiliated companies. As a member of the Board of Management of Daimler AG, he took over responsibility for Daimler Trucks and Buses in March 2017. He was the Chairman of the Board of Management of Daimler Truck Holding AG and Daimler Truck AG from Daimler Truck’s listing in December 2021 until October 2024.

Black tie optional means that male guests are invited to wear tuxes and women are invited to wear evening gowns—what you would wear at a black-tie affair—but you don’t have to.
