Dr. Dieter Zetsche
Chairman of the Board of Management, Daimler AG
Head of Mercedes-Benz Cars

As part of AGI’s role as a translator of ideas and a creator of solutions, each year, the Board of Trustees of AGI singles out a preeminent person who has demonstrated unique international leadership that strengthens the transatlantic relationship and reinforces the bonds between Germany/Europe and the United States. Dr. Zetsche’s accomplishments speak volumes in both his corporate leadership at Daimler and through his engagement on both sides of the Atlantic over many years.

Sponsors

Dinner sponsorship is not only a sign of regard for Dr. Zetsche and Daimler AG, but also an effective way for companies to publicize support for a stronger German-American partnership before an important audience of corporate and government leaders who care deeply about this relationship. We would be delighted by your support of this partnership, and it is our pleasure to request you to join us in celebrating Dr. Zetsche’s achievements. Please submit your RSVP form by September 30, 2015 to Lynn Van Norstrand at lvn@aicgs.org.

Black tie optional means that male guests are invited to wear tuxes and women may wear evening gowns or cocktail dresses — what you would wear at a black-tie affair — but you don’t have to. It’s fine for men to wear nice dark suits and for women to wear dresses that aren’t necessarily Oscar-night material.

The Dinner runs until about 10pm.
