Carlos Gonzalez-Tostado currently attends Boston University, from which he expects to graduate in May 2016 with a Master of Education degree in School Counseling. Mr. Gonzalez-Tostado previously received a B.A. in Latina/o Studies from San Francisco State, as well as an Associate’s Degree in Behavioral Sciences from the City College of San Francisco. His work experience includes the Boston University Initiative for Literacy Development (BUILD), College Track of San Francisco, and the Migrant Education Program, among other positions. He has also volunteered for several organizations, including Play-works and PODER SF.
He was a 2015-2016 participant in AGI’s “Transatlantic Exchange Program for Young Minorities,” sponsored by the Transatlantic Program of the Government of the Federal Republic of Germany through Funds of the European Recovery Program (ERP) of the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy.
