Dr. Thomas Mehlhausen was a DAAD/AGI Research Fellow in 2015 and a postdoctoral research associate and lecturer at the University of Potsdam. He works on the constitutionalization and widening of the European Union. At AGI, Dr. Mehlhausen will carry out the research project “The Future of the European Neighborhood Policy of the European Union.”
