Stefan Nowak studied economics in Berlin. He has held a number of positions during his career, including COO of a German MSE; counsellor at the German Federal Agency of Labor; commissioner for continuing education at a nongovernmental organization for the Berlin Senate; project manager at the association Arbeit und Bildung e.V. project KUMULUS, career guidance for youth with a migration background; member of the board and COO at the Berlin foundation for education and vocational training OTA-Tanyildiz; COO of the federal agency of labor in Berlin; and COO at Arbeit und Bildung e.V.
