Nicole Young-Turner

Kaleidoscope Village

Nicole Young-Turner is the Founder and Executive Director of Kaleidoscope Village, a nonprofit empowering LGBTQIA2S+ communities and advancing allyship. A Southern Black American Lesbian Woman and first-generation Georgia Tech graduate, Young-Turner brings over a decade of experience leading Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives in education and nonprofit spaces. She has launched national and local programs such as Teach For America’s LGBTQ+ Community Alliance and the You(th) Belong initiative with the National Center for Civil and Human Rights.

As an educator, facilitator, and strategist, Young-Turner creates intersectional, culturally responsive trainings and tools that promote equity and inclusion, especially within BIPOC and underserved communities. Based in Atlanta, she continues to “make good trouble” by building spaces through Kaleidoscope Village where all people are empowered to lead, connect, and thrive.
